I owe you a Beer. When you said Spindle Brake the light bulb came on.
The spindle lock was out all along I had to apologize to it for beating on it.
Knowing that it might not be the spindle lock I powered up the machine and this time was able to get the spindle to jog and free spin. Now all I have to do is remember what I did, The good news is it spinning and in the correct direction.
Thanks again for the tips. Once I get my programmer buddy out to really run it I might actually have some answers for you or someone else
