There was a field in there for home offset. I got it on the second try.
It's was a positive value even though it is minus from the switch. So after it homes it won't hit the switch unless it looses steps or the coupling slips

Ok here's another question.
My y axis I currently have y0 plus like in most 3 axis machines. But fabricating a bracket would be easier to do it in the minus direction.
I could reverse it and use it as home and limit +
This way the y work offset would be positive but I could live with that. I've worked on robodrills that had x axis like this.
I'm not sure if I'm describing this right.
Is it possible to home the axis in the minus direction? I know there are several pin options available

Yes the machine can be configured to home in either direction (+ or -). The direction that the machine seeks the home switch in is determined by the sign of the home velocity.
