I have another dump question! The english is killing me.
With 7i93 can i control stepper driver directly sending step/dir signal to motor driver or i need an opto-isolated board like 7I37.

You _can_ hook a stepper driver directly to the terminal block, and I have done it. Though there is some risk of damaging the FPGA and the connectors are not the most convenient.
You can buy connector blocks for individual wires and crimp terminals.
