Spindle motor start with bob?

I want turn on lathe spindle motor with bob!
Using contactor with 3 phase 1.1hp induction motor
In this case I want to turn on and off motor with linux cnc.
Also need to turn on with manual configuration.
Can I use both method?
Is any signal goes to bob if I manually turn on the motor and show spindle motor is running or not?

Some BOBs Like the common "5 Axis Mach BOB" have a relay for this purpose (spindle control)
If your BOB does not have a spindle relay to drive your contactor, you could add a simple SSR

You could use a single BOB input pin connected to a proximity or optical sensor for a simple spindle
speed sensor (with a single or multiple slot wheel on the spindle)

My bob have a relay and ordered a 100ppr incremental encoder.

Assuming this is a Parallel port configuration, the stepconf program
can create a hal file with the spindle proper connections, you do need to know
which parallel port pin drives the relay when you run stepconf.
