Need bitfile for 7i80hd-25 with stepgens and uart

Hi Peter,
I'm looking for a 7i80hd-25 bitfile for the current project. I need encoder, pwm, stepgen and uart tags. I can't find one that has the uart.
What I need: 7 stepgen, 4 encoder, 1 pwm, 2 uart. Of course, if it fits, the number of tags can be max default. (Even bspi may be useful in the future.)
Please, if your time allows, make me a suitable bitfile.
