There are 2 yellow lights near the center on the board and 2 on the lower edge with the DB25 connector to the right side of the board.
Jumper W4 to the left W12 to the right side.

Both W4 and W12 _must_ be in the left hand position (and power cycled that way)
for the I/O to work

My bad I edited the hal file to change the references to 7i77.0.1 to 7i77.0.0 which gave lcnc a fit.
