Looking at that seems to show that when you had 1/32 you should have had a positive offset rather than a negative.

Tried test the behavior of THC in a tilt angle, it starts ok but instead of following the plate, hit the floating switch.
Also weird is the voltage reading, i set 127 volt, but actual reading is around 110v. Any ideas?

Your joint2/axisZ velocity is relatively slow so try increasing PID P Gain on the config panel.

I've speed up the Z vel and accel.
In 5 tries worked 3 times.
Tried to put the PID P Gain (speed) up to 50 and hit the float.

If it worked three times then maybe there is either loose wiring or a mechanical issue.

I've been testing the plasma and can't configure the Z height correctly.
Which are the right parameters to set in Z axis.
Between cuts the torch goes close to machine reference 0. I want to go only the 20 configured in safe height.

How can I remove the movement up, there is no need to do that.
