Sometimes plasmac seems to have a mind of its own when probing. It should not go to maxZ but it will if it sees the probe trigger before it expects it to recover. But it should raise an error window. Here is an example once I got probing dialed in....

You have Safe Height of 20 and Probe Height of 38.
It will got to Safe Height to move to the next cut but then move up to Probe Height to probe for the next cut.
You should have Probe Height set to less than or equal to Safe Height.
Although that does look like it is going higher than 38, is that still correct for Probe Height.
