Axis went no where after the end of cycle was created by Dinuka_Shehan
after end of all axis travel to weird location.
is this G54 error?
please help

That looks like a gcode error, not Linuxcnc error.
Attach the gcode. And remove the tool 7 from gcode as you do not have it in the tool table, or add it to tool table.

hi you need to home the machine to a point so it knows also where is the max to go
please get you at least 2 simple switches to do a basic machine homing
and do not use G53 moves to the end to get free running
just pull back x as it seams to be a Lathe Machine

i have using input 4 input pins

Phase A
Phase B for quadrature encoder.
I can only use home or limit switch.not both of them.
Phase B not working because when threading i turn spindle by hand(right hand thread) Z axis moving but i turn reverse direction Z axis not moving.

Yes it is a lathe.hi you need to home the machine to a point so it knows also where is the max to go

the G53 moves are canceld inside your postprocessor
the cam can be edited in all Systems to not output the moves at start or at end

It's possible to do limits and homing on one pin.
AFAIK moving the spindle backwards will not move the axis backwards, lathe threading is not made to do that. It moves only in one direction.
You don't need to cancel G53 they are not modal
