Finally found some time this morning to upload the photos.
Machine
Controller (Cant wait to see this gone)
Current Z axis setup
You can see the DC motor that needs to be upgraded. Also note there are 4 switches on Z; Up Limit, Down Limit, Float and Collision.
Ball Screw has a 5mm thread pitch.
Close Up
Current motor.
Shaft - 8mm
Bolt pattern - 28.5mm squared
OD - 38mm
Torch - currently use the float switch for touch off but looking into ohmic sensing. @rodw I'll get the multi meter out today.
Voltage divider board in the plasma source.
Current Limit switches for X & Y. I've been having issues with 2 of these giving false limits mid cut so I have turned those ones off. Will need to address with the upgrade.

Looks good. Setting the divider to 20:1 will be perfect for a THCAD-10. That will give 200V full scale and the THCAD will be well within its overvoltage range.
Whats the function of the switch to the left of the key?
Check the dimensions of this monitor. It would be cool if it fits in place of your control panel. It would make for a nice neat project..
