Assuming this is a stepper system with the usual drives, disconnect the "enable" wires, start LinuxCNC and test again.

The stepconf test does not use the enable signals.
You probably configured the enable signals to the drives, and these are probably set up the wrong way round.

Most stepper drives work with the enable terminals disconnected.

There really is very little to be gained by using the drive enable pins with a stepper system.

I have the enable signals connected to e-stop.
And by principle I dislike unconnected inputs. Also if they have internal pull-ups, they should be defined by wire. That way you decided what you expect to become

@Samn,

exit wizard
tring to jog machine after homing nothing movin

One thing to pay attention to is that in the homing procedure the machine has to move back from home switches after homing.
This offset value is user defined.

Maybe your homing sensor stay's active. In this case the machine can not be moved.

after clear-E stop, reset homing, move stepper on screen X Y Z looks like is moving stepper motor are not. I think there is some kind disconnect between Lunix and driver.

We need more to go on.

We have made two suggestions about what might be wrong. Did either help?

The test worked so step and dir must be wired OK.
The DRO is moving, so you have not forgotten to take LinuxCNC out of e-stop.

Do the motors turn freely or are they locked when LinuxCNC is turned on?
