  Sir,
I am test machine in two way one with stepgen and second is pwmgen but both way machine indicating error joint 0 and i am also attached hal and ini file kindly see and kindly solve this problem.

I would set the ferror and min_ferror to huge numbers (say 50 mm each)
and look at the behaviour of the joint following error (via halscope)
to see if you have a scaling or direction issue. (a direction issue will cause
a runaway)

Sir,
When i change ferror and min ferror to 50 than axis movement between -25mm to +25mm but when jog machine more than 25mm than joint 0 error indicating and also when i home button press than axis goes 25mm to -25mm not stop at 0 position and also when i press estop than enable than axis automatic goes down to -25mm to +25mm so kindly tell how to solve this issue.

Use Halmeter / Halshow to see whether the joint.N.motor-pos-fb pins are seeing the right values. It very much sounds like you have no position feedback to LinuxCNC.

  Thanks for supporting me, Sir, In joint. 0. motor-pos-fb pins and pid. 0. feedback pins and encoder.0.position pins display equal value on Hal meter, but now joint.0 error problem is solved, but encoder.0.index-enable pins and joint.0.index-enable pins and pid.0.index-enable pins  all is FALSE in Hal meter, sir kindly tell how to enable all these TRUE.

And also 0.65 have backlash.

index-enable will only ever be set TRUE during homing, and then only if HOME_INDEX_ENABLE is configured on in the INI file.

Also tell our machine I do all settings regarding closed loop, but the backlash problem doesn't solve so kindly where is the problem and how to solve this  and sir i am also attached HAL AND INI file.
