sorry for my mistake because i am not explain correct way and my meaning is in pid setting (i) value is 18.68 and more than this value axis motor behavior like earlier and also when run e.g. G1 z-10 f150 than starting to 3 or 4mm axis motor jerking than run smoothly and one more question I am testing axis scale with metal scale e.g. G1 z100 f100 and that time move 0.400 higher (z100.400Z) sir kindly tell how to solve this problem.

18.68 seems _very_ high for an Igain value, so I assume that I am miss-reading your message.
Are you also saying that the axis moves 0.4% further than it should, and stays there? That seems very odd. How did you calculate the scale numbers?

When I run machine axis from gcode then machine working correctly, but when I run machine axis from keyboard arrow keys (<,>) then machine not run correctly and mostly time produced joint 0and joint 1 error so please tells how to axis run manually with keyboard keys.
