Oh I see you said the positive limit switch.
Then I would expect the HOME_OFFSET to be positive as you are on the positive side of the origin (machine zero)
Does this look right:

Cmorley and Andy were right my mistake was that my HOME was at zero and should be close to the value of HOME_OFFSET.
My upper limit is really positive I had put HOME_OFFSET (-) negative but I was wrong.
I tested it now and managed to leave it the way I would like.
