Post processor issue (G02 is not generating) was created by rajsekhar
At first I declare that this is SheetCAM post processor issue rather than LinuxCNC, but if any body can help!!
Problem: Sheetcam is not generating G02 in pocketing operation (but it is doing G03). Actually G03 is generated during bordering on the closed area under pocketing and I expect the G02 to be generated as well.
In attached .dxf files, the left cross is pocketing operation and right cross is contouring operation.
In path rule.dxf, the object corners are are all 90 degree without any fillet. The generated G-code contain G03 (and no G02) command for pocketing operation and machine follows path satisfactorily. In contouring, no G02 and G03 is generated and corners are getting rounded in machine.
In path rule-Copy.dxf, all corners are having fillet of radius 0.1mm. The generated G-code contain G03 (and unfortunately no G02) command for pocketing operation. The machine follows rounded path in clockwise turn (due to absense of G02) and sharp corner in counter-clockwise turn due to G03. In contouring, both G02 and G03 is generated and corners are getting sharp in machine satisfactorily.
Post processor is copied in word file and attached.
How to solve the issue and start getting G02 in pocketing operation??

Please do not upload word files as they might contain macro viruses, upload the post processor as a simple text file.
And it also messes the line endings so it is useless.

I think I have found the reason and it is the corner radius less than tool diameter.
