That looks similar to what I used. They also have the vent. Seems to be a bit bulky inside from the cad render.

Both the vent and fan exterior covers open up and have filter pads that can be changed
Your estop should be able to turn it on and off and also send a signal to lcnc..
That fan just runs off 110 volt power so no power supply required if thats what you have.

Yeah it does seem a bit bulky. Maybe I’ll look around more at better fans. Okay thank you. That link you put, that’s just the vent right?
so as far as my power supplies go, I know they are cheaper. Do you have any suggestions about what are better ones? Or my drivers,

THere are also 240v (and no doubt 110v) fans like this

Re power supplies, a lot of people use something like the meanwell MDR-60-24 for field power. 2.5 amps is heaps, I'm using their MDR-40-24 which is only 1.7 amps.
They have a similar 5 v one if you need it

So would I get the 24v power supply for the field power then? I’m willing to do that if it would be better.
should I get other 48v power supplies?

I think I fixed up the wiring diagram.
along with that, I’m curious about the quality of all of my parts. I’m again trying to find the best within my budget.
Sheet
please look at the sheet I have. I’ve got about $600 left in budget to upgrade. Scroll to the side and you’ll see the links for my components
I’m particularly interested in the quality of my motors, drivers, power supplies, and my proximity sensors. Would you mind checking them out and giving me feed back on those components?
