Move Axis before going with custom button

You must use gladevcp for this.
Depending on the version of linuxcnc you may or may not require a python handler file.
get a gladevcp panel with a button working then we can go from there.

Ok with 2.7 we will need to use the handler file as the widget I quoted is not available.
Only a slightly more difficult.
