Hello the retrofit is progressing, currently I have a drift problem about my 3 XYZ axes, they move very slowly under power, I tried to adjust with the balance adjustment screw on the vars but this one is very sensitive.
I was told about OUTPUT OFFSET, how is it used and the calculation?
OUTPUT OFFSET = 0.000
On the other hand I can't find where this offset is connected in HAL,
is it a variable that must be specific to the 7i77? like "analogout0-offset"?
I also have the message when opening "RTAPI: error unexpected realtime delay on task 1...."
Sometimes I have it sometimes I don't, I increased the latency in .INI
SERVO_PERIOD = 1000000
Why am I getting this error? and how to solve?

Analog servo systems always drift a bit when enabled and no control is active. That is normal and should not be messed with.
Never move the pots on servo drives if they were working properly.
You have wiring issues or pid is not enabled or encoders are not wired properly or set properly in software, etc.
Latency issues are another thing, there are plenty of topic here with the subject of improving latency, but start by disabling everything related to power saving on the PC.
Have a read through this, no skipping:

That looks good.
Why do you have a base period in the ini file? Are you using a parallel port?
If not, delete the base period line.

Delete the base period from the ini and hal file.
What does
uname -a
Say?
Did you disable everything with power saving and C states and hyperthreading in BIOS?
Are you using a Mesa 5i25 or 6i25 with the 7i77?

Find the info about it and see how to disable everything with power or sleep or.... for the BIOS that board uses.
