Right click on it, choose "open with" , near the bottom should be "use custom command" or similar, type linuxcnc there and click open.

Looks like you almost got it, but I think that is regular vismach with the qtvcp camera tab
EMBED_TAB_COMMAND= halcmd loadusr -Wn qtvcp_embed qtvcp -d -c qtvcp_embed  -x {XID} cam_align
replace cam_align with what ever QtVismach is called

Also, need to set up vismach for qtvismach
linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/gui/qtvcp-vismach.html
