Wild. Now Servo thread is 82% and NIC test is 91.5%

I think you need to hit the calculate button on the right after reading the values.
You need to run linuxcnc for an extended period
But from what I'm seeing it looks OK
Calculation is: 1220206 timer ticks /3600 Mhz = 338 usec so 33.8% of the servo period

It looks like you have 2 x intel network cards which is a good thing. Did you do the coalescense thing? It is required for Intel cards
linuxcnc.org/docs/2.9/html/man/man9/hm2_...FACE%20CONFIGURATION

If you have, I would try swapping the mesa card to the other NIC.

You can't look at latency (except network larency) with linuxcnc running which may explain your high value.

Servo thread test is not latency test.

I would like ask you for printscreen with this high value, or with some high value.

I'm trying to pass those tests:
latency test
latency histogram
Servo thread test
NIC test

I would like to return to the post:
forum.linuxcnc.org/38-general-linuxcnc-q...uxcnc?start=0#269721

Isn't it strange that after turning on ISOLCPU the latency got worse?

Picture 3 with ISOLCPU=2,3 is much wider. That should mean that the latency is worse or not?

A couple recent things I have found that improve network
latency on difficult PC cases are:

1. The 6.3 kernel
2. Using the busywait LinuxCNC branch

I had not turned on coalescing, but I don't think I had that for my Debian 10 installation, either. Anyway, here are the latest numbers.
