You followed the instructions.

The RTAI was successfully installed.

You boot linuxcnc with the RTAI kernel.

The issue is for reasons unknown you are not getting good latency.

Instructions telling you how install the kernel will not fix the latency issue. No amount of installation instructions will fix this issue. None.

You keep asking for installation instructions, but that is the wrong question. Constantly asking this question will not remedy your latency issues. Please please try to understand this.
