ON_ABORT_COMMAND = O <on_abort> call
could you share 'on_abort.ngc'?

1- I was unsuccessful in the install (didn't try very hard)
2- not using it since I was unsuccessful
3- never experienced anything like this over the last 12 years or so since finding EMC
If is was something like on abort, shouldn't it do it all the time? I mean like for any program?

Well, yes but since this is an obscure problem it is not likely just related to your hal and ini files.
I think I need to try and revert back to before trying to install easy probe.
Indeed, the easiest would be if you had made a copy of your machine config folder before trying to do the install.

Does anybody know what this error is? It happens when the machine stops moving after the "random" move.
The distance and direction seems to be related to where the program is in the gcode file.

When it is moving on its own, I can not hit pause. Also If i Hit power, it does not respond until the move ends, then the power button is "pressed". Actually it appears all of the GUI is disabled until the move ends. But clicks are stored and executed when it stops moving.
If I hit pause then stop, it will still move.
If I hit pause then power off, It will stay still. Then when I power back on no movement happens. This seems like the work around for now.

It seems to be 1 or more of the commented lines here from ini file. I have tested about 10 times with commented it does not move on stop. Without commented it moves when stop is pressed.
I have no idea why, but at least it seems back to proper. The problem is the lines were added to use easy probe. So is there an issue there?
