Thanks for the new ui file, after replacing with it and opening again, still doesn't work, please see the first attachment, the right hand side is 3.4.8 new version, the axis can't move (left side 3.0.91 is old version for comparison). Still many other problems.., furthermore, for latency problem, I hesitiate to update network card driver as my sources.list contents are a liitle bit different from what the links' information mentioned

Looks like your config is looking for a directory that is no longer there:
[edit]
I'm not aware of a file 'null.ngc' in a regular installation so maybe that is something you have customized in the previous version.
emc/task/emctask.cc 68: interp_error: Unable to open file </home/raychar/linuxcnc/nc_files/null.ngc>
Unable to open file </home/raychar/linuxcnc/nc_files/null.ngc>
can't open /home/raychar/linuxcnc/nc_files/null.ngc

> With added null.ngc files and nc_files path, the said error removed
> however, the axix cannot be run still persists, as showed in first attachemts, "joint 1 following error" appears whenever axis button is clicked. How can i resolve it?
> This time, i installed the r8168 driver for the Realtek network card as per the forum information
> The latency test and latency-histogram results are shown in second and third attachments, the latter one seems have no improvement?

Use
latency-histogram --nobase --sbinsize 1000 --show
There are a lot of excursions out of the visible area.

Those are terribly horrible results !
Was latency better before installing the DKMS drivers? Why and by who were you told to install DKMS?
If i recall correctly you had dropped link to Mesa board, but they were not from network issues, they were from huge latency issues, is this that topic?
Did you disable stuff in BIOS?
How much memory does the PC have?
