7i92t 7i77 problem was created by RK
I have a 7i92t connected to a 7i77. All of the I/O seem to be functioning properly. The analog 0 works properly and the encoder for that axis reads properly. The problem is the remaining joints, and their encoders are not working. Is there a setting that I might be missing to get all of the axis to work? Currently I only have the X axis in linuxcnc working and I can't seem to find the problem with the remaining 5. Any suggestions on what the problem is would be appreciated. I will try to post the hal. and ini. later, but I can't right now.

Would need the hal, ini files and to verify the firmware with mesaflash to trouble-shoot

That looks basically OK
Possible a cable issue?

The boards plug directly together without a cable. I’m using a standard Ethernet cable.

Hmm, possibly damaged 7I92T or 7I77?
If you unplug the 7I92 and 7I77 (with all power off), re-power the 7I92T, what does:
mesaflash --device 7i92t --addr [ip_addr] --rpo 0x1000
report?
(ip_addr = 192.168.1.121 or 10.10.10.10 depending on 7I92T jumpering)

Maybe you have a old copy of mesaflash
try this
mesaflash --device ethernet --addr [ip_addr] --rpo 0x1000
What IP address is the 7I92t card set for and what does:
ip a
report?

mesaflash --device ethernet --addr [ip_addr] --rpo 0x1000

ip a
report?
