Ok 120GB is going to relate to storage not ram.

What is the spec of your RPi5 ?
What image did you try ?
How old is your Rpi5, when did you buy it ?
Could you possibly take a picture of the screen ?

Ok that's been known not to work, the 16GB is a new board and you have been only the second user to bring up an issue.

I've just upload a new image, not tested on 16GB model but 4GB. It may work on the 16GB model.
