If you are testing only one motor, no need to use others. 

I believe you have to change P1 to Enable, instead of E-stop.

Go to "Applications" (upper left corner), then "Terminal Emulator"

Copy the first line, paste in terminal, press enter. Then copy the result or take a picture.

Do it for the remaning commands. One by one.
