Mesa 7i95T can do step/dir and encoders on one board.
And just to make sure, take some pictures of drive to motor wiring and post them here so we can confirm it is OK, preferably before powering on the drive!

Thank you very much,i managed to move the motors, I don't have any cards or PC at the moment with Mesa and linuxcnc so I tried it via Mach3 and it works great, according to your suggestion, i just have to put in a stronger DC power supply like 80v and limit the drivers to 4a because of the bipolar connection. video in the attachment`` Cheers
