9 pages of safety warnings, 4 pages of information, and no description of the charge-pump requirements.
It is probably worth trying to connect a velocity-mode step-generator to the charge pump pin (16) to see what happens.
LED 2 needs to go green to indicate all ready and charge-pump active.
Red LED 6 indicates that the E-stop circuit isn't connected properly.

is this using the parallel port or the 5i25 bit file , the last one i sent has the stepgen for the chargepump (stepgen 7 ) ?
the setups are different ,
if your using the parallelport configs then you'll need to add a stepgen for the chargepump as neither of them had the chargepump .
i'm confused

CNCBasher,
We are still discussing the Mesa card and the controller.
The configurations are tricky on this controller.
I have discovered that with configuring the parallel port to find out what works.
So far I have found that If I use the E-Stop in either normal or inverted mode the machine does not move.
if I remove this and use the charge pump then the machine moves.
So far I have the basic configuration of XYZA to work with XYZ homing enable.
Pin 16 for charge pump and nothing else.
The config on the 5i25 doesn't enable even with stepgen 7.
The only thing here that is confusing is that there are no jumpers of the charge pump.
Does this make sense.
Oz.

do you still need help ?
i also have a 3 beast using a mesa card for testing simplest is to weld a cable to correct the different setups in the pins
the doing of an bit file for mesa (where you software tecnic wise set the pins and their functions )
is doable but complicated

tkamsker,
Thanks no, I've replaced the board with a Mach3 board, all sorted.
