When i ping the 7i76e mean just open a command shell and input "ping 10.10.10.10",getting answers from the board; or i presume is the

That is the only thing that matters, so as long as that works, everything else should work.
Step by step .... :)

I spent the full morning to make tries....

1) Fixed the problem with Network manager not showing the connections (by editing NetworkManager.conf Managed=True)
2) Now network manager shows me a connection (eth0), while the Mesa connection is available but grayed....
3) The command "ip a" shows me I'm connected with IP 169.etc.etc (?????)
4) Eventually, I decided to delete all the connections, and make a new one for the 7i76e
5) After rebooting the 7i76e, now the mesa is shown in network managed and (luckly) not grayed
6) The "ping" command on the IP 10.10.10.10 gives me answers (that should mean the 7i76e is connected and communicating)
7) Launched PncConf, but got again the Tes/Tune error......
8) Finished anyway the pncconf procedure and launched LinuxCNC, but got again the error on start....

About the PCW's suggestion, honestly I had a look to the HM2_ETH manual but didn't understand much....sorry

Start pncconf again, choose edit existing config, change the IP address as it is set to 192.168.1.121, it needs to be 10.10.10.10, save.
Start Linuxcnc.
Also the ping reply time is long, is the Mesa wired directly to the PC?

I didn't find where to change the ip in pncconf, but edited directly the hal file and changed the ip as told.
Now linuxcnc starts, but no X axis (by now is the only one wired) movement (i homed all the axis)
By jogging with the arrow keys no sign of life too (the virtual tool moves)

About the long ping reply time, the board is direct wired to my pc (no switch or similar)
I pinged again(20 packets),and got this min/avg/max/stddev values:
0.350/0.495/1.025/0.191

The ping times are pretty bad, what does a latency test show?

You probably need to make sure that your BIOS settings are optimized for real time
(no speed-step, no C states > C1, etc)

The most common causes of no motion with step/dir systems are

1. wiring errors
2. step times to short (start with 5000 ns)

News!
I tried by manual editing the ini file, and putting 10000 as value for dir (setup and hold) and step (len and space).
Then started linuxcnc, homed X and jogged X.
It moves....

The latency test is running since 10 min and shows 2492 as servo thread and 209264 as base thread.

About my bios (asrock q1900m):
I disabled all the following
- intel speedstep technology
- cpu c states support (was c7)
- enhanced halt state(c1e)
- no execute memory protection
- intel vitualization technology
- onboard audio
- parallel port (as i'm using ethernet)
- suspend to ram
- acpi hpet table
I didn't start any software to "load" the latency test, because i've no other software installed on this pc but linuxcnc (this pc will drive only the cnc)

The only problem now is that the pc doesn't boot anymore.....it shows only the bios screen,as the hdd with linuxcnc doesn't exist anymore.....damn....

So loaded the default bios settings ad disabled only the items concerning the powersaving features + the audio

Run the latency test again for 10 min
The values are
- servo thread 38085
- base thread 44288

New ping,after 20 packets
min/avg/max/stddev values:
0.106/0.133/0.248/0.029
