Did you flash the FPGA card with the 5i25_g540x2.bit firmware?

sudo mesaflash --device 5i25 --write 5i25_g540x2.bit
sudo mesaflash --device 5i25 --reload

I do have a question concerning the step, dir, enable, reset, fullstep, and fault output functions of my 4 gecko drivers. Mechanically I have connected them to the db25F connector(P3) and HDR26 connector(P2), but how and where should I configure them in pncconf?

Did you select g540x2 and the press "Accept components Changes"

Do you have a 7I75 in between?

Yes, I did press "accept components changes". I use the 7i75 breakout board for step, dir, enable functions and limit switches and hdr26 breakout board for the other functions as you can see in my wiring diagram.

Does the I/O connector 3 tab show the stepgen pins?

Yes it is, so it includes step and dir functions both right?

Yes the step generator setup is done by step generator number.
(which can be a little confusing as the I/O is setup by GPIO number)
