New here and have some interest in playing around with this screen. I pulled it off the git link and now seem to have hit a dead end. Do I need to use a developers master branch or will 2.5 work? Any quick pointers to get the tests running.
Thanks
Matt

Gscreen from git is based on master (it may be behind current master a little)
Most of the features are in 2.5 - I based it on master cause my main tester uses master.
but if you pulled the branch it doesn't matter - just compile it.
remember to run the script . scripts/emc-environment in a terminal
then start with 'linuxcnc' NOT 'emc' from a terminal.
Hope that covers it.

Did master change to scripts/rip-environment like 2.5 did?

When did that change? I still use emc-environment.
I really hate the way we did the name change.
change everything halfway then let people discover the changes/problems on their own
