Verehrte Deutschsprachige Forenmitglieder,

Servo Endstufe XYZ & Spindel

Gruss,

So I think I will switch over to english to reach more of you.

First I want to post the relevant informations of the schematics of the machine.
Especially the Interfacing between from the actual Ultimax Controller which will be replaced by MESA to the FANUC Stuff

System Block Diagramm:

XYZ Drive Unit:
just for X axis but it's 3 times the same

Spindle Driver:

ATC:

So this is the Data of the machine...

Here are the Details of the Servo Interface Connectors also 3 times the same one pair for each axis

gruss

So I have to proceed with my BOM

There are so much different options on the MESA side and countless questions about the PC Hardware.

I would prefer a Solution with an industrial Panel PC cheap chinese one and an Ethernet based MESA solution.

I would want to have the ability to drive 4 Axis (the machine has of course only 3) but I want the ability to mount a rotary axis.

And I think its a good Idea to use a PanelPC (with touch hope getting this working) with dual Ethernet and J1900 based
as I read 4GB RAM are fine and dual NIC seems also to be a good choice (1x LAN 1x MESA)

So I want to show you which Items I would pick:

As far as I understand from the MESA side I need an Interface which is capable of 3axis -/+10V plus spindle each one with encoder feedback from the coresponding driver and of course several inputs for all the I/O stuff ATC, Endstops etc.
7I80HD Ethernet Anything I/O card
7I33TA Quad Analog servo interface
7I64 Isolated remote I/O card (probably two of them for general I/O Stuff)

From the PC side things are a bit unclear to me I understand that external non shared memory types would be better but I want a fanless in a box panel PC with stainless steel keybord and touchpad
ALI Panel PC Link
this one doesn't have dual NIC I am already discussing this with the supplier
ALI Keyboard Touchpanel Link

What do you think could this be a suitable setup?

Hallo Siegi,

Was sagst du zum Spindel Treiber? Auch gleich ersetzen? Das erscheint mir irgendwie schwieriger??

Vielen Dank für deinen Input!
Andreas

Rather than a 7I80HD and 7I33 I would use a 7I92M and 7I77
