Abstande ?
Use raisers, find an old PC, it has small raiser under the motherboard.
Metal plates from eusurplus are very good quality, bends are perfect si everything lays flat and holes match up, all of them, comes with stands/raisers for all the Mesa board holes.
For 3D printed stuff, make the hole 2.6mm, in slicer set to print outside perimeters first, that will do just fine for bolting M3 screws.

store.mesanet.com/index.php?route=produc...oduct&product_id=290
