Did you try the standard hm2-servo sample file and bitfile (SVST8_4) to see if its a hardware or firmware/halfile issue?

Dear PCW,
Yes I tried it with both firmwares and the result was the same..
Now I changed the video buffer size in bios from 128 to 64 and picked crt insted of dvi output now the system is running the 3d tux ngc file for the third time without delays maybe the problem is now solved
I will also try it with the svss firmware and see what happens
EDIT: After loading the svss firmware the realtime delay pops up after a few seconds

May be bad DDC on your DVI connected monitor (I've seen latency spikes from bad DDC before...)

Hey guys,
Today I tried a few things with the new board (Asrock E350M1) I changed the monitor and also tried with different wirings one time per DVI the other one with a vga cable.
It didnt changed anything I also tried with different peripherie so I changed the keyboard and the mouse with no results ..
I got the board with the latency run to servo max jitter of 4599 and a base max jitter of 2027 which i think is a good value isnt it ?

But it keeps on giving me the same errors after a few seconds ...
maybe there is a problem with the settings on the 6i71 or the 4i73 is this possible ?

I would not change any jumpers
If the error happens frequently enough can you check if you lose the PCIE link (there's a green link LED on the 6I71)
If you have a ground loop of some kind you may generate enough noise in the PCIE link
to generate CRC errors or completely lose the link
This could be checked by running with no external connections on the 4I65
Can you check that the 5V to the 4I73 is within specs

Dear PCW ,
I checked the voltage on the 4i65/4i73 and its at 4,85 V should work as in the manual is a minimum ov 4,5 V written.
I disconected the 7i44 from the 4i65 so nothing is connected to it and started a new try .
I also plugged in only the 4i65 into my power supply.
And the system is running a cnc file with the standard firmware SVS8_4 for about an hour without any problems
EDIT: connected the 7i44 again while linuxcnc was closed after starting linuxcnc again i get real time delays
so it seems that there is a problem when I connect external hardware to the 4i65 ...

Sounds like a bad noise issue or maybe marginal power at the 4I65

it was an bad power supply .

Hey guys seems that the problems are not over
Today i installed the whole control parts into a new case and added a 7i33 to port1 and the 7i44 to port 4 on the 4i65.
When I now start linuxcnc i get the same error as before after a few seconds : realtime dela on task 1.
