Late to the game as usual, but I'm about to button up a classicladder circuit for an emco pc turn 55 that handles this type of indexing nicely

In the good old days, you could go into a store with $10 in your pocket and get out with a new button up shirt, slacks and pair of leather shoes.
.
.
Nowadays you can't. There are security cameras everywhere.
Kidding aside, could you upload your configuration when you finish.
Thanks
Ben

My favorite expression these days is
Mach is like mcdonald's - you drive up, order a cheeseburger, drive away fat and happy. Single solution to a million things.
Linuxcnc is like making a cheeseburger, but you have to start by milking and slaughtering the cow. A million solutions to a single thing.
I'll put my ladder up in the classicladder area once it's done. I'm trying to keep the faith alive for CL. It's literally the reason I started using lcnc, so I've got a bit of a soft spot for it - warts and all
