Wiring THC A-D 300 to plasma cnc interface.

Yes but confirmed by PCW to be perfectly OK as dry contacts. Lets not go there again. Polarity is imprtant.

I thought about module relay and your idea to replace it with built-in MESA SSR. I suppose it would be more safe use another relay module (also Solid-State) MOSFET AOD4184. I don't want to risk with mesa card. 
I changed THCAD from 300 to 10, as you recommended because my plasma has not raw voltage output. Please have a look at new scheme below.  


I have following questions: 
1) have I right thcad wiring between mesa card and plasma?
2) how mesa 7i96 output pins works? Is it just relay or "+" and "-" important and can I connect MOSFET signal pin to mesa OUT0+ (and leave OUT0- without any wiring)

Here is how my control box looks, so there is not so much place and I have to use power supply that I have (5 V, 12 V and 36 V)
