Newbie need help, touch plate making.

i have linuxcnc 2.8.4-1-gb 7824717b and has try make touch plate button and subroutine to my cnc.  but not understand, all manual what i has search internet say need add many file to many folder but my cnc not have all thats manual say folders. 
my pc have masa/linuxcnc/config. folder have only config, and nc_files folders.
and under config folder have only 
by_interface,parport.gantry

my-mill
sim.axis
sim.gtvcp.screen
Ztouch,xml
my-machine,stepconf
and under
masa/linuxcnc/config/my-machine have
macros (i has make,have empty)
subroutines (i has make,have empty)

 and problem have internet help manual say i need add xxx files to
ui.hal folder
subroutines folder.
config folders need add Ztouch.xml
subroutines folder need add Gcode i not know how name.
postgui.hal folders need add mdi command but not have postgui.hal file anywere.
and somewere file need add somethink under rs274 and display or other section but not found this file anywere.
 need help, how i make touch button to display, were folders need add and what need add.
how make subroutine code move measure bit height and zero position to workpiece top 00.00 and calculate touch plate tighnes out thats.

i not understand, forum have make help linuxcnc users, but ewery only looking question but any not answer and help newbie how need make touch plate system to cnc.

ewery cnc need be touch plate system, important use ewery time when change bit. its basic normal job ewery cnc machine need be in machine this, all normal cnc user must use tool height settig ewerytime if change bit, basic proces do ewery bit first, how can use cnc if not have setting bit right height and zeroing. not can.

Years ago i made toolsetter myself, both need only a few parts. One larger item with induction switch, not so difficult to do, if some machines are available.The other one, pancake style, optoelectric, is more difficult to do, as the parts must be pretty accurate. It is mainly used now, because of the size and weight.The are no drawings available anymore, so this is just for inspiration, what can be done with little effort.
Then the probing routine is another task, some interface have already probing integrated, or routines are found in this forum.

i have 2 different tool setter, full aluminium corner tool, can zeroing all Z X Y corner. and 3D printer Z tool what have inside spring center box and under have 3 pcs micro switch whit led. bit press steel plate down and connect 3 pcs micro switch. has jlpcb circuitboard and name has all files MIOCNC all files same site, pcb and 3Dprinted case. part list and wiring, pcb i orden JLPCB 7$ and solder SW and LED and resistor to board. 3D printing case. linuxcnc 2.8.4 i has test and both tools working well at hallmeter TRUE/FALSE paraller port controller pin 15.

3Dprinted case have same style than you pictures have. but i not understand my poor english how were add all files and code.come error all time MDI command = 00. i not know were need add all files, ini, hall, subroutine,xml, button code, etc, not understand good english and ztouch example not has translate good, not tell good were need add all codes, 
i has search google many many example but not have lot last 2 month i has try make this.

Your questions are not easy. And there is a great danger that it will end in a mess. And we should answer the questions one after the other. what's your language? What/which routine do we start with?

wery easy, what code need add to were folders, what in ini file need add, what need hal file add, what need subroutine file add and path and were, were need touchplate.xml button file add, were need touchplate,ngc file add, what more need do code and files what need add, were, touchplate button go to display and bush button do Z tool height job, G-code.

I was just discussing this recently. unfortunately in German. this is for the z height. I'm not at home at the moment. maybe you can try it here. and let's see what's still missing this evening.

thanks but not help anythink, germany not good translate normal human language all go wrong, and peoples who use first time all life linux and linuxcnc and not has newer before read or write any code not understand code anythink, and i need only help, were i add example Ztouchplate all codes, i not has newer before use code,linux or liuxcnc. need know how make button, how button answer to bush and how do what g-code want doing. were all this code and parts need add, wery simple answer if know. button code need add to folder xxx. parallerport pin 15 need add to xxx file. xml code need add to xxx file or folder. ngc file need add this folder xxxxx. but any people not has answer to me were need add all file parts.
touch plate need only build button first, then hall meter test pin 15 working, my machine pin 15 working ok, whit hallmeter.
then build how answer to button move spindle to right place and do G-code 38.2 procedure. were this need add folderxxxx. and what other need add. wery simple answer if have linuxcnc user .
but i ask thats because i not has newer before make code, write code, add code to linuxcnc, used linuxcnc before newer and need know were i add all file parts.
i has try search thats last 2 month in google but not found any help, all have only other mach3 sites and videos, or expensive mesa card systems, i not have mesa card i not know what this doing and not newer can buy expensive mesa card, i use only paraller controller board, and first time all my life linux and linuxcnc software all have new and not newer has before all my life write any code, im not have computer guru pro im old 65 year men who build cnc machine my young son garage,help him build own garage woodworking shop. my machine have normal sterppermotor cnc size 1200mm x 1200 x 300. only woodworking hobby in garage. simple cheap chinese paraller port board 5 axis board and use 4 stepper motors nema 23 470oz. 4A, spindle have better than router have air cooled 800W ER16 0-30 000rpm. and use first time all my life linux. and want use linuxcnc because have FREE not need expensive licence. need only know how add touchplate working can set up tool height after change bit. thats is normal set up ewery cnc after change bit. basic job but linux have lot different than windows use, not understand linux and code anythink.hardware have easy simple, but this code system not have simple, need help were all code need add. what folders and what path need add button code i has copy to internet, G-code example i has copy, but were all need add.
