I have been working on and off for a couple of months now to get my Bridgeport Interact 412 to move with the analog drives. I've completed a mach4 retrofit and it was a breeze. I now have to admit I need a little help. The 7I95T is being powered by a benchtop power supply with confirmed 5V and the 7I83 is being powered by the machine with 24V. I am getting a Parameter or pin not found error and I have a fault light on the 7I83. I would like to know if there is a way to access or decode fault on the 7I83 and is there a database to give more descriptive breakdowns of the debug description?

You have the 7I83 connected to sserial channel 0 in your hal file:

hm2_7i95.0.7i83.0.0.analogout1-scalemax' not found

But the 7I83 is physically connected to sserial channel 1:
Board hm2_7i95.0.7i83.0.1 Hardware Mode 0 = standard
Board hm2_7i95.0.7i83.0.1 Software Mode 0 = analogout_enables

Having looked at your files, it will not work even after you fix the issue, the hal file is edited manually and a lot of things are not OK
-all joints/axis can not use the same analogout1
-all joints/axis can not use the same encoder00 for feedback
I did not check the ini file.

Thank you! I have been tearing apart my Hal file because I was hyper fixated on the software side because I’m not confident with that side. As tommylight already noticed my Hal file is full of problems. Now that I’m past that issue I will comment out all but one joint and focus on moving one axis at a time.
