I am total noob in LinuxCNC world.
I am using small diy hobbyist cnc machine.
My machine is 5 axis diy. I use it in two configuration. XYZAB and XYZBC.
I am using MKS OCTOPUS pro board with RPI4 using remora.
Till now I am able to move all axis. Configured limit switches. Kind of working pwm spindle tested the pwm with multimeter not on actual spindle. Thats it.
I have read documentation about linuxcnc but can't get it.
What I need.
Fully working setup. With 7 limit switches. One probe input. One Estop input. Kinamatics for 5 axis xyzab configuration.

I'm not familiar with remora but please post your hal and ini files so people can get an idea of what you have.
Once you have your axes working (ie jogging and able to command using the MDI input) you can move on to changing the kinematic as suggested in your other thread:
