Everything about Linuxcnc is built from the source repository including the web site. So I can't see a Wordpress site or other CMS will get traction.

Will it get traction if I look into the Jekyll option?? Seems no one has yet said anything positive about the possibility of updating the site.

I suspect the release of 2.8 is the biggest thing being dealt with right now/

I am all for making some minor changes to make it more appealing and more informative by adding some pictures or videos, but not sure exactly what would be suitable for new users.
I also do not like those ready made web stuff as all that i looked at some 7 months ago will report back to their developers and removing that is hard to do without breaking the CMS. Also it requires the use of at least 3 different service providers, making it " not my website".

Deleted, thank you.
There is a report button on the right under every post.

Or maybe we could play delete the spammer :-)

I'd say blow up their PC while they are spamming...

Lets build a Linux CNC spam hunt-and-destroy robot that does just that.

Back on topic I've been learning the old Jekyll stuff and think I can build us something in that. I'll mock something up and get feedback on that. :-)
