After install the realtime kernel: USB stoped work.

Just to check, what does "uname -a" tell you?

I really thought that I had this fixed, but don't have the right Pi to test it on (I have 5 other models of Pi..)

I can't figure out "uname -a" after install the realtime kernel, because I can't control RPI4 without a keyboard and mouse. Once the USB breaks I have to start with a new image.

Or do you want "uname -a" before install the realtime kernel?

I lost all my work before this update. Fortunately, I didn't do anything important at RPI.

I'm not a IT technik. I'm not a programmer. I am beginner.

If you want to test my hardware remotely this is not a problem. But I need to know what to do.
