LinuxCNC repositories or Debian repos?

My Debian install doesn't seem to be having any trouble, which repitory (exactly) is failing?
Code:
andypugh@buster:~/linuxcnc-dev/src$ sudo apt-get update Hit:1 http://deb.debian.org/debian buster InRelease Hit:2 http://www.linuxcnc.org buster InRelease Reading package lists... Done

slightly off topic..... {but related}
github.com/LinuxCNC/buster-live-build/bl...e-lists/desktop.list
suggest changing nm-tray to network-manager-gnome {which is what gets used in bullseye + does not load multiple entries}

if I wanted to add stuff like freecad, etc etc is this where I would add it?
grub-customizer {easy grub editing}
power-manager {easy screen saver + lock + screen blank disable}

I am guessing I could change all of the repositories etc so that bullseye / bookworm could be built with linuxcnc master as an iso?
