Debian 12 - 2.10 master branch image for the Raspberry Pi 4b/400

This image is built for the Raspberry Pi 64 bit (Pi 4b/400). 
It contains the latest build of  LInuxcnc (master 2.10 branch) from source as at 18 September 2023
It also contains the latest kernel 6.1.46 Real time patch released on 17 September 2023.
Thi includes the latest gpiod driver for the pi

Its been tested pretty well on another thread,

Once we have an image to download, the mods may wish to sticky this as it sorely needed.

Also debs and rt kernel are in sub folder

I'm uploading a new version. Note the date and time is in the image file name.

Hi rodw,
is spidev working with your image ?

I believe SPI has been tested as working but I have no clue about SPI.
Andy's GPIOD driver was backported to V 2.9 last night so I will revert to building 2.9 from here on as the objective is to have an image that can be released if they ever get 2.9 released.
