I've been running gmoccapy for years on a mill configured with a rotary 4th axis. Display is a 1024x768 touchscreen.
Today I started configuring a 5th axis. Duplicated the 'A' axis sections in .ini and .hal files for the new 'C' axis. I changed all the pins appropriately.

Now when I try to launch, I get no HAL errors but gmoccapy hangs with a mostly white screen. One part of the 3D view appears but no other controls. Everything is unresponsive. I had to ssh in from another machine and kill the running processes manually.

Any idea what could be happening here?

Is there any clues in the messages from the terminal?

Nothing at all. Normal log stuff of startup but no errors or warnings.
