white screen lockup after configuring 5th axis.

Another clue.
I put a different (bigger) monitor on to see if it would finish drawing the screen. It didn't. Same results.
But when I Ctrl+C to kill the process, I get a pop-up error and then the screen renders. If I dismiss the pop-up, Gmoccapy remains unusable.

Please try first:

Do the 5 axis Sim config work?

Change cycle time in INI file from 100 to 250 and report back

I see the same issue with sim/gmoccapy_XYZAC.

I changed the cycle time and it loads normally!

Is that the solution or just another clue?

That is the solution, you are trying to update the gui every 100 ms, that is not needed, but you bring your computer to its limit. You will not feel a difference with 250 or even 300 ms Update time.
