Duplicate settings in Pref File

Hello All,

I am just using LCNC 2.9 with GMOCCAPY.

Often i get a error during Start of the program.
The problem is then that de folowing parematers are Duplicate in the Pref file

system_name_Rot = Rot
system_name_G92 = G92
system_name_G54 = G54
system_name_G55 = G55 0 pos vacuumtafel systainer
system_name_G56 = G56
system_name_G57 = G57

system_name_G59.1 = G59.1
system_name_G59.2 = G59.2
system_name_G59.3 = G59.3

Now i am using LCNC 2.9 that is e problem. before in LCNC 2.8.4 thet was not e problem

What can i do to get rid of that problem. now i am deling the second blok of the same parameters.

Thats the error after you got the double entries, I understood that after an error the double entries are created.

This way it will be difficult to find

what kind of info or screens do you han need ?

Can you try to figure out in which case  duplicate entries are added to the pref file? Does it happen when you make changes to the setttings or just running a job? Or does is seem to happen more like random?

I tried to reproduce this, but didn't get those duplicate entries.

I have exactly the same problem but I don't know what causes it. It seems random. So you say that the error causes double entries and not vice versa? I thought it is the opposite: because of the double entries, linuxcnc returns the error. I am confused.

I am also facing the same issue. It seems to me that the duplication of entries in .pref file is happening after the completion of a job, and shutting down the software/ system. It is also very random. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
I clearly remember that this error started occurring only after I changed the theme in the settings tab.
