@snuggly,

Wiring like this on your pictures.
This looks like a spagetti monster.

Mesa can better provide manhatten style break out board's with multilayering made in Shenzen China.

Hahaha, yeah I stuffed it all into a galvanized steel box until I can get a PC case. I'll tidy it up a lot more here soon.

I'm putting the entirety of the THCUD files (that aren't specific to postgui & xml) into a custom HAL, will that negatively affect the program running?

@Snuggly,

If i was you i would stay at the Toma config to start up your machine. Try this config for several weeks or years.
It's good enough for you. What Tommylight say's is, use a stepper on the z-axis.

If you have servo's all around, there is a possibility to adapt a extra component.
This component can transfer stepper to servo and visa versa. Component has to be written.

will that negatively affect the program running?

A clean Custom.hal file is alway's good to have. It won't affect the running program. It will only adapt extra component's to the program, so total cyclus time will be bigger, but that's no problem.

Tommy,

That is already for a long time. I know.
That was a personal choice i made.

My life was too busy. This day's i can relax in my aston martin v12 when i want.

I was just as you Tommy working 7 day's a week. That broke me up.
So now i have a periode of refining my statement's and come back stronger then before with less work to do.

Follow your hart, take your time, and do what you like !

I was searching for the last two weeks for an Audi S6 or RS6 here in Kosovo, but there are none. Used one as i can not afford a new one. For now i have to live with a Skoda SuperB ( quite nice and luxurious ) and company's OPEL Astra !

Follow your hart, take your time, and do what you like !

Heart ??? What is that ? :)
Thank you.

Hi Tom,

It is heart. :)

Maybe import a RS6 from www.autoscout24.com
My car is outside of europe, from SK. I imported it myself.
So look in autoscout for other countries also.

Already did look there, still to expensive after customs and VAT. The thing is, here where i live people use diesel so cars running on gasoline are way cheaper than in Europe, i can buy an AUDI A8 4.2 for 4000 Euro for a 2001-2002, but a diesel of the same year is over 9000. I was hopping to find one for under 10000 but no such luck, yet. For Christmas i will be in Vienna, Austria so i'll have a look there.
