(Solved) QTPlasmac scaling issue was created by bevins
I am havng an issue I am up to the latest QTplasmac and I went to open a file and it was scaled somehow. I loaded same file in plasmac config and it was fine.

Is there a scale factor somewhere I missed?

see the pics between QTplasmac and plasmac loading the same file.

I put the OFFSET_AV_RATIO to 0,

Still has the same behaviour. I think the X is scaled.

Here is an image from conversational screen. Circle 5" diameter, you see in the preview it is scaled on the X.

I've no way to simulate any of this at work. I just replied quick to save you time in case someone wanted to see your other config.

Not sure what your issue is.

It works fine here on v1.0.13:

Try either commenting out this line in the .ini file
GEOMETRY = xxyz

or changing it to:
GEOMETRY = xyz
