LinuxCNC Does not recognize THC was created by MakingStuff
I noticed today that LinuxCNC has stopped recognizing my THC. The up and down LEDs on the GUI do not light up and the torch height does not change. The THC is sending the signals on the correct pins because I can see the LEDs on my Mesa 7i96 board light up when the THC activates the up or down pin.
I updated to the most recent version with buildbot and also ran the Plasmac upgrade utility and that did not work. I also looked at the configuration with the utility and it show the correct gpio pins for up and down.
Everything else works fine, just the THC is not being recognized. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

In the config tab there should be a version number, let us know what it is. Also, there’s a backup button if your setup really is up to date, please post the resulting file here, it may help us diagnose!

Backup file is attached. The version is 0.180.
I forgot to mention in my first post that this has been working for around a year and has just recently stopped. The Arc OK and Float Switch work fine. It's just the THC pins that have stopped responding.

Do the THC Enable and THC Active LEDs light up?
If they do and the UP/Down LEDs don't light up can you check the HAL pins plasmac.move-up and plasmac.move-down. They should turn on when they get the corresponding up/down signal from your THC controller.

The THC enabled does light up when the radio button is set to Auto or Enabled. It goes out when the radio button is set to disabled. The THC Active does not light up.
Where do I find the plasmac.move-up and plasmac.move-down HAL pins?

I found the move-up / move-down pins and they appear to be set correct because they are connected to gpio pins 1 & 2. Those pins corresponding leds light up on the Mesa board when the THC set the pin high. The arc ok and float switch work as they should.
net plasmac:arc-ok-in hm2_7i96.0.gpio.000.in => plasmac.arc-ok-in
net plasmac:float-switch hm2_7i96.0.gpio.003.in => debounce.0.0.in
# net plasmac:breakaway {YOUR BREAKAWAY PIN} => debounce.0.1.in
# net plasmac:ohmic-probe {YOUR OHMIC PROBE PIN} => debounce.0.2.in
# net plasmac:ohmic-enable plasmac.ohmic-enable => {YOUR OHMIC ENABLE PIN}
net plasmac:torch-on => hm2_7i96.0.ssr.00.out-00
net plasmac:move-up hm2_7i96.0.gpio.001.in => plasmac.move-up

From the Axis menu: Machine >> Show Hal Configuration >> Pins >> plasmac, select the Watch panel on the right then select the two pins from the tree.
Then you can observe them as the THC controller changes.

When I watch the move-up and move-down pins in hal config they light up when the THC sets the pins high. The LEDs in the GUI and in hal config do not light up. THC active does not light up either.

Is THC Enabled LED lit?
Is VAD Lock LED lit?
Your config does work fine here in a simulator.

THC Enabled is lit.
THC Active is not lit.
VAD is not lit. If I check the VAD check box, it still does not light up.
