I guess I should probably try to get a reed relay and fix an ARC OK signal as well, but eager to get it working ![:) :)](/media/kunena/emoticons/smile.png)
Some plasma cutters just don't work with the soft arc ok, the reed is very reliable.
I have several machines using soft arcok by now with no issues at all, so i think the failures are caused by interference and bad grounding/shielding.
Also, on HF/HV pilot arc plasma sources, the spark gap can cause the lost arc, making the gap just a tiny bit smaller fixes that.
